The RSPCA shop in Ruislip Manor had a juvenile bear accompanied only by its mother abandoned at their door the other morning: fortunately the bears both seemed to be comfortable in urban surroundings and so far as I know they didn't attack anyone, but I hope that the staff were able to rehome them...
